The scripts at the beginning of the book are designed for use by beginners with few entrances, exits, and movements. The skits gradually incorporate more movement and physical interaction between characters as the performers become more experienced.)
- Economical - The same three characters (Josh, Jill, & Andy) are used in each book, allowing for many, many performances without requiring an abundance of performers and/or puppets.
- Discussion Questions - When used with children, these discussion questions assist the teacher in ensuring that the children understand and can apply the concepts taught. Some teachers even use these books as their class curriculum by having the students act out the skits with puppets or dramatically for fun and then use the questions and Scriptures as the focus of their lesson.
