Making Healthy Choices

A friendly chef helps children learn to identify and differentiate wholesome from unwholesome foods with the help of eight different stick puppets that you can make from materials provided in the teacher's guide. The second script teaches children that it is ultimately their choices that will determine how they will feel. Kate, an active girl who eats healthy encourages Tyler - a video game couch potato, and junk food fan - to  make healthier choices.
